BWI Eagle digital speed switches and non-contacting proximity sensors monitor the speed and motion of any rotating apparatus. We provide premium protection of expensive conveyor belting and other equipment with our panel, din-rail or stand-alone NEMA rated speed switches that are super easy to install and operate.

The Eagle Tac-Switch accurately detects "zero speed" or underspeed occurrences in conveyors, crushers, rotating shafts and other electrical apparatus.

  • Digital display and programming buttons eliminate calibration guesswork and provide accuracy better than +/- 0.5%.
  • One model covers speed ranges of 6 - 3000 RPM.
  • OLED screen lets you see at a glance current belt speed and RPM trip setting.
  • DP/DT relay for direct contact or PLC input.
  • Built-in ramp-timer and din rail mounting options included.

The Eagle Speed Switches are housed in NEMA-rated enclosures that meet the environmental challenges of stand-alone installations. Ideal for applications requiring more than one channel to monitor both slip and sequence.

The Optima Speed Switches feature a "First-Out" indicator to simplify trouble shooting, decrease downtime, and get machinery back on the line faster.
