The Dozer Stop Switch System is a fail-safe protection system designed for dozer operators working on coal stockpiles. The main concern on a coal storage pile is the risk of a dozer falling into the feeder cavity, putting the operator’s life in danger. With the Dozer Stop Switch System, the feeder can be stopped and emergency personnel can be alerted with a single push of a button from the dozer’s cab. Our system features a continuous link between the dozer operation and the control PLC. Falling into a cavity would break the RF link and activate the E-stop just as if the button had been hit. The stop switch system continuously monitors up to eight dozers simultaneously, ensuring the utmost security and reliability. It features a clear frequency auto-scanning signal that cannot be blocked or jammed and 900MHz spread-spectrum technology.

Dust suppression systems ensure prompt adherence to federal and state dust regulations to control airborne dust along conveyor belts. These modular systems are designed with easily connected, factory-assembled components, offering flexibility to adapt to various conveyors. Each system can spray a controlled amount of water, minimizing the spread of airborne dust.
